Drug Name Accutane

Benazepril, brand name Lotensin, is a medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), congestive heart failure, and chronic renal failure. Upon cleavage of its ester group by the liver, benazepril is converted into its active form benazeprilat, a non-sulfhydryl angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor.
Hepatic elimination obeys exponential kinetics because metabolizing enzymes operate in the quasilinear region of their concentration-activity curve; hence the amount of drug metabolized per unit of time diminishes with decreasing blood concentration.

 

Fluconazole is a triazole antifungal drug used in the treatment and prevention of superficial and systemic fungal infections. In a bulk powder form, it appears as a white crystalline powder, and it is very slightly soluble in water and soluble in alcohol. It is commonly marketed under the trade name Diflucan or Trican (Pfizer).
As a rule, these disturbances disappear after withdrawal of neuroleptic medication. Tardive dyskinesia may become evident after chronic neuroleptization for several years, particularly when the drug is discontinued. It is due to hypersensitivity of the dopamine receptor system and can be exacerbated by administration of anticholinergics.
